These terms cover your use of ePresence. By signing up, you agree to them. We've kept the language plain — if anything is unclear, email us.

What ePresence is

ePresence is an AI-assisted service that delivers curated topic ideas and ghostwritten LinkedIn post drafts to your phone. You select a topic, we write a draft, you decide whether to publish it. We do not post to LinkedIn on your behalf.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate
• One account per person — the service is designed for individual use
• You're responsible for anything published to LinkedIn using content we produce

Subscriptions and billing

• Managed plans (Starter at $39/mo, Growth at $45/mo) are billed monthly via Stripe
• Local setup is a one-time payment of $299
• Prices shown are intro rates for founding members and are locked in as long as your subscription remains active
• We'll give you at least 30 days notice before any price changes

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime — no questions, no lock-in. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. Email us at [email protected] to cancel.

Posts are generated by AI and reviewed by a second AI pass before delivery. A few things to keep in mind:

• You should read every post before publishing. We aim for quality but AI can get things wrong.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of anything you publish under your name
• Posts are written to match your voice and style — they are not sourced from or attributed to anyone else
• We do not guarantee any specific outcome (engagement, followers, leads) from using the service

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ePresence to generate content that is:

• Deliberately misleading or factually false
• Harassing, discriminatory, or harmful to others
• In violation of LinkedIn's own terms of service

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Intellectual property

The posts we generate for you are yours to use however you like. We don't claim ownership over content we create on your behalf. We do retain the right to use aggregated, anonymised data to improve the service.

Limitation of liability

ePresence is provided as-is. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including outcomes from content you choose to publish. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 3 months prior to any claim.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
